Implementing Clinical and Business Continuity for Health Care (COOP, BCP)
Overview
Today’s complex health care environment requires that emergency planning go beyond the traditional approach to preparedness. Clinical and Business Continuity planning identifies key clinical and business functions and the strategies required to recover them with minimal disruption to operations. This course provides an in depth presentation of key components to implement a CBR program and how each enables an effective, long term approach to mitigating the risk of clinical and business interruption.
